Top Dog does its best to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Most of our products are imported. This is our point of difference from your standard pet stores and or websites.
We are constantly bringing products into New Zealand but there can be delays between arrivals as we await supplier and shipper (including our MAF and Customs) processes.
Our estimate for delivery to customers is 3 – 6 days in New Zealand. This may extend to 14 days for overseas deliveries.
However these are only estimates, where products are not in stock or we are awaiting shipments there may be delays. If so we will contact you immediately.
Some products are provided via Drop Ship, which means that we ask the supplier to send a product directly to our customer. That may mean you will receive your order in batches, some from us directly and some from the supplier. If the product is coming from the supplier this may also delay receipt.
If you are buying a product for a special occasion please let us know either by emailing us prior to purchase on info@topdogdirect.co.nz or in the purchase notes at checkout. If there is a date by which it must be to you please let us know. We want your experience at Top Dog to be a good one.
