Returns and Exchanges

Returned Items:
If you receive a product which is defective, contact us within 30 days. Customer service can be reached at 045285548 or email info@topdogdirect.co.nz. We want to make it right!  Refunds/exchanges do not include shipping and handling. All items must be returned in the condition they were received. Returns must be in the original packaging. There should be no writing or stickers on the products.

Refunds will be made through Paypal as we get the handling fee they charge refunded as well.

 

Restrictions:

We regret that personalized items, show suits, dog apparel, daipers, books and videos cannot be returned unless there is a defect in workmanship.
